Founded as Sunbelt Asphalt in 1994 by Spencer McCroskey in Auburn, Georgia, as an asphalt paving contractor, the company has since evolved into a trusted name in sports facility construction. In 2024, Sunbelt Sports became an independent entity, allowing the company to focus exclusively on sports facility construction, with particular expertise in substructure systems.
